Overview

Working under the direction of the Director of Business Development, the Marketing Coordinator supports marketing and business development initiatives. This role assists with branding of marketing assets and websites updates while supporting the company’s overall communications strategy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is an non-exempt position and reports to the Director of Business Development.  It is based out of our Redmond, WA headquarters and is a fully in-office role. Projected schedule for this role is Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, though flexibility may be required to support team and business needs.

 

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting with website updates and ongoing content maintenance. You will be supporting the execution of marketing initiatives, content calendars, and communication plans as well as marketing collateral which may include brochures, advertisements, sponsorship materials, emails, and event invitations. In addition, other duties and responsibilities may be assigned to support the needs of the department and organization.

 

Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with 1-2 years of marketing experience and a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field. This person will have strong computer skills (Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign, desk-top publishing, WordPress, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, graphic design skills, etc.) and strong writing and verbal communication skills.

 

Skills and Abilities

Success in this role requires Great attention to detail and understanding of general construction terminology. You’ll need well-developed interpersonal and written communication skills, and a strong desire to learn. Those who are self-starters capable of working both independently and as a member of a team will do well in this role.

Employment Details

Pay Range: $24-30 per hour
