Overview

Working under the direction of the Director of Business Development, the Marketing Coordinator supports marketing and business development initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator assists in execution, organization, and operational consistency across marketing, proposal, and communications efforts. This role assists with branding, proposal coordination, content development, and maintenance of marketing assets, while supporting the company’s overall pursuit and communications strategy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is an exempt position and reports to the Director of Business Development of our Business Development and Marketing department.  It is based out of our Redmond, WA headquarters and is a fully in-office role. Our office is open from 6am-5pm; team members have flexibility with their daily work schedule, based on their needs and the needs of their team and the work.

 

Responsibilities

Proposals Support

  • Support the coordination, drafting, and assembly of proposal, RFQ, and RFP responses
  • Assist with writing, editing, and assembling content, including technical and project-specific content
  • Assist in developing interview and pursuit materials, including PowerPoint presentations, ensuring brand consistency
  • Maintain and update internal corporate resumes, project descriptions, and pursuit-related materials
  • Support the creation and ongoing organization of a centralized repository for marketing assets and technical content

Marketing and Digital Support

  • Support execution of marketing initiatives, content calendars, and communications plans
  • Assist with website updates and ongoing content maintenance
  • Support social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
  • Assist with development of marketing collateral, including brochures, advertisements, sponsorship materials, newsletters, and event invitations
  • Coordinate vendor swag and apparel orders and tracking

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, Journalism, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • Strong computer skills (Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign, desk-top publishing, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, graphic design skills, etc.).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with the ability to write and edig long and short-form content
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite
  • Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry experience preferred
  • CRM skills and project management tool background preferred

Compensation

Base Salary Range:          $50,000 – 90,000
